Shipping

All website orders are shipped FedEx from our warehouse located in North Louisiana, unless noted otherwise from customer. Items that are not currently in stock will ship as they become available. Please note that items ordered at the same time will not necessarily be delivered together. International orders are accepted and shipping can be arranged with customer.

Returns

We hope that every customer is fully satisfied with their order. If there is an issue, please call for an RA number to send the merchandise back for a replacement or credit to your Jane Marie account. Please inspect your shipment upon delivery & report any damages within 7 days. Jane Marie does not accept claims after 30 days of date on invoice. All returns must be in original clear packaging with Jane Marie tag & visible barcode. Jane Marie may charge a 20% restocking fee on any items being returned. 

Any returns sent without a return authorization number will not be accepted. Please call 318-777-1310 or email orders@janemarie.com. 

If you are a retail store and would like to carry Jane Marie
in your store, great! Please complete the Wholesale Registration form and click
the “Submit Request” link at the bottom of the page to apply for a Wholesale
Account. We will review your application, and you will receive a response from
Jane Marie within 2 Business Days, via email.

Already a Jane Marie customer? Please call our office and we
can give you online access immediately. You can also complete the Wholesale
Registration form and click the “Submit Request” link at the bottom of the
page, and we will reply within 24 hours with your password.
